Aspen Rae was raised in San Jose, South San Francisco Bay. Aspen Rae is Native American and Scottish descent. She studied at California State University, Monterey campus. She graduated with a bachelor's in psychology. Fitness is a love of hers since childhood, and she hopes to pursue working in modeling and fitness.
